Healthy Food That Make You Gain Weight

There is a big misconception that if you need to lose body fat, you need to eat healthily. No, you can eat only from KFC and McDonald’s and be fit; I don’t recommend this, though. Losing fat is all about being in an energy deficit.

I know that during a year when I stopped tracking my calories and eat only healthy food, I gained 10 kg. Eating for health and longevity is not equal to eating for fat
